As per types of surface coating of paint, color coated aluminum coils can be divided into polyester (PE) coated aluminum coil, fluorocarbon (PVDF) coating aluminium coil and Epoxy coated aluminum coil.
According to the thickness of the coating, it can be divided into single-coated aluminium coil (4-20 microns); double-coated aluminum coil (25 to 28 micron) and triply-coated aluminum coil (35-38 micron).

Galvalume Steel Coil (Aluzinc)
Aluzinc steel is the composition of coating 55% aluminum, 43.4 % zinc and 1.6 % silicon. The coating is also applied by means of a continuous hot dip galvanizing process. Aluzinc-zinc coating offer an excellent corrosion resistance resultant from the barrier effect of the aluminum on the surface and the sacrificial protection of zinc. Aluzinc has a clean, natural and bright silvery surface. The surface includes small spangles that give it a lustrous and striking appearance as light conditions change.
Aluzinc is the world’s fastest growing metallic coating. This is due to the fast of combined strength, formability and recyclability of steel with the proven long term anti- corrosion performance of the AI-Zn alloy coating. This combination results in an economical product with superior eco-friendliness attributes of durability, recyclability, energy efficiency and scarce resource utilization.

What is a Steel Purlin?
Cold-Formed Steel Purlins are longitudinal beams installed to brace together trusses or rafters. Its primary function is to transfer external loads applied on the roof to the top chord of the truss. The design of purlins is idealized from a pin-connected structure where the distance of the trusses is treated as the span and its ends as its joints. Gravity and wind loads are commonly applied on the purlin and will cause the member to sag. In order to provide lateral support for the purlins, sag rods are added on discrete points.
Aside from being used in roofing systems, purlins can also be applied as girts for wall cladding. The image below shows a typical steel framing applied with purlins.

What Is Zam?
Zn-Al-Mg is a new type of highly corrosion-resistant coated steel sheet with a coating composition consisting of zinc as the main substrate in combination with aluminum (about 11%), magnesium (about 3%) and a trace amount of silicon.Adding Al, Mg, and Si to it, the composite effect of these added elements improves corrosion resistance.Compared with hot-dip galvanized steel sheet and hot-dip galvanized-55% aluminium alloy steel sheet, it has less adhesion but equal corrosion resistance.
