China Aluzinc Steel Coil Suppliers - High-Quality Galvalume Coils from Our Factory

Aluzinc steel is a high-performance material featuring a coating that consists of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon. This advanced coating is applied through a continuous hot dip galvanizing process, ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance. The unique combination of the barrier effect from aluminum and the sacrificial protection of zinc provides durable protection against harsh environments. With its clean, natural bright silvery surface and small spangles, Aluzinc steel offers a striking appearance that changes with light conditions.

,

As the fastest-growing metallic coating in the world, Aluzinc is increasingly favored for its remarkable strength, formability, and recyclability. This makes it an economical choice for construction and industrial applications, affirming its position among the leading materials in the market. Aluzinc combines the durable performance of the AI-Zn alloy coating with eco-friendly attributes such as energy efficiency, recyclability, and optimal resource utilization, appealing to environmentally conscious buyers globally.

,

Our factory specializes in manufacturing Continuously Hot Dip Galvalume (GL) Coils in accordance with industry standards. As a trusted supplier in China, we are committed to delivering high-quality Aluzinc products that meet diverse customer needs while promoting sustainability and innovation in the steel industry.

Description & Standards

ASTM A792/A792M – 10(2015)

This is the American standard for cold rolled hot dip Galvalume steel materials.

JIS G 3321 :2010

This is the Japanese material standard associated with hot dipped Galvalume steel coils.

EN 10346:2015

This is the European material standard for continuously hot-dip coated steel flat products. (Supersedes BS EN 10327:2004 & BS EN 10326:2004)

Advantages

Corrosion Resistance

Good corrosion resistance at high temperatures.

Abrasion Resistance

Good abrasion resistance because of its surface hardness.

Thermal & Light Reflectivity

Excellent thermal and light reflectivity.

Corrosion Resistance

The improved corrosion resistance of 55% Al-Zn Alloy Coated Steel Coils are derived from the unique combination of the barrier protection of Aluminum and the sacrificial protection of Zinc. The formation of an insoluble Aluminum oxide layer provides the barrier protection while Zinc provides a sacrificial protection at cut edges, scratches and areas of coating damage.

Heat Resistance

Similar to the Aluminum Coated Steel Sheet that can resist high temperature oxidation, 55% Al-Zn Alloy-Coated Steel Sheet demonstrates better resistance to high temperature.

Heat Transmission & Reflectivity

55% Al-Zn Alloy-Coated Steel Coil has a high reflectivity value making it an effective barrier against heat.

Frequently Asked Questions
What standards do your Galvalume steel coils comply with?
Our products comply with top global standards: ASTM A792/A792M (American standard for cold rolled hot dip Galvalume), JIS G 3321 (Japanese standard for hot dipped Galvalume steel coils), and EN 10346 (European standard for continuously hot-dip coated steel flat products).
Why does 55% Al-Zn alloy coated steel have superior corrosion resistance?
The superior corrosion resistance comes from combining the barrier protection of Aluminum (which forms an insoluble Aluminum oxide layer) and the sacrificial protection of Zinc (which protects cut edges, scratches, and damaged areas).
How does the heat resistance of Aluzinc compare to other steel sheets?
Similar to Aluminum Coated Steel Sheets, 55% Al-Zn Alloy-Coated Steel Sheets demonstrate enhanced resistance to high temperature oxidation and maintain better overall heat resistance.
What are the main applications of Aluzinc Coated Steel Coils?
Aluzinc steel coils are widely used in building & construction, agricultural equipment, computer appliances, transportation, furniture, and electrical appliances.
What are the size and thickness specifications available for these coils?
Our Aluzinc Coated Steel Coils are available in thicknesses ranging from 0.1mm to 1.5mm and widths from 600mm to 1500mm, with coil weights between 3 to 7 tons.
