Cleaning
The electro-tinning process requires particularly clean surfaces. Henkel provides a portfolio of strong alkaline cleaners to deal with residues from the rolling operation, such as oil and iron. QINGDAO SINCERELY STEEL products cover all applications, from easy-to-use one-component liquid cleaners through to more sophisticated systems where surfactants are dosed separately to boost cleaning efficiency on demand.

Passivation
Currently, most passivation processes that take place after electro-tinning (ETL) still involve technologies containing Chromium VI.
