China Suppliers Factory for Galvalume Steel Coil (Aluzinc) - High Corrosion Resistance and Eco-Friendly Coating

Aluzinc steel, a leading choice among China suppliers, features a unique coating composition of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon. This innovative material is produced through a continuous hot dip galvanizing process, ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance. The aluminum coating provides a powerful barrier, while the zinc offers sacrificial protection, making Aluzinc an ideal solution for various applications. Its bright silvery surface is enhanced by small spangles, creating a lustrous appearance that changes with light conditions.

As the world’s fastest-growing metallic coating, Aluzinc combines the strength, formability, and recyclability of steel with the proven anti-corrosion performance of the AI-Zn alloy coating. This synergy results in an economical and eco-friendly product, boasting durability, recyclability, energy efficiency, and optimal resource utilization. When you choose our Aluzinc products, you are selecting a superior solution from a trusted factory in China committed to quality and innovation.

We manufacture Continuously Hot Dip Galvalume (GL) Coils adhering to the highest standards, ensuring you receive only the best. Trust our factory to meet your Aluzinc steel needs with reliability and excellence.

Description & Standards

ASTM A792/A792M – 10(2015)
This is the American standard for cold rolled hot dip Galvalume steel materials.
JIS G 3321 :2010
This is the Japanese material standard associated with hot dipped Galvalume steel coils.
EN 10346:2015
This is the European material standard for continuously hot-dip coated steel flat products (Supersedes BS EN 10327:2004 & BS EN 10326:2004).

Advantages

Good corrosion resistance at high temperatures
Good abrasion resistance because of its surface hardness
Excellent thermal and light reflectivity.

Key Properties

Corrosion Resistance
The improved corrosion resistance of 55% Al-Zn Alloy Coated Steel Coils are derived from the unique combination of the barrier protection of Aluminum and the sacrificial protection of Zinc. The formation of an insoluble Aluminum oxide layer provides the barrier protection while Zinc provides a sacrificial protection at cut edges, scratches and areas of coating damage.
Heat Resistance
Similar to the Aluminum Coated Steel Sheet that can resist high temperature oxidation, 55% Al-Zn Alloy-Coated Steel Sheet demonstrates better resistance to high temperature.
Heat Transmission & Reflectivity
55% Al-Zn Alloy-Coated Steel Coil has a high reflectivity value making it an effective barrier against heat.
